Residing in the Greater New York City Area both for work and play, Julie Zuckerberg steps up as the proud leader of negotiation and development for the US Asset Management, Global Technologies and Operations, Wealth and Commercial Clients, Infrastructure and Private through her phenomenal skills at dealing with offers on a Managing Director Level. Not only focusing her time dealing with these offers, Julie Zuckerberg also spends her time for the company creating unique strategies for US Heads of Business recruitment in order to better attend to the potential for fall outs in the company’s internal coverage of their clients as well as their DB external. Standing firmly as the directional guide for all unique strategics, Julie Zuckerberg makes a large difference in respects to Technology and Operations, as well as the Infrastructure and the Front Office sects of Deutsche Bank. Before becoming the head of so much power and responsibility of managing the business relationships, performance assessments, contract governance, and the terms negotiation through out the entirety of Deutsche Bank, Julie Zuckerberg worked for the New York Life Insurance Company for a brief point in time as their Corporate Vice President and Experienced Hire Recruiting Lead upon leaving Citi where she had previously spent more than six years of her time working in a variety of powerful positions including as their Vice President, Executive Recruiter, and their NA Professional in the area of Executive Recruitment. In these positions, Julie Zuckerberg got to take a close look at the field she would soon go on to claim wild success at. Gaining first hand experience and progress in her titles at Citi, Julie Zuckerberg took great time and care to talk with her senior leaders and assist in providing them with proper advice on how to handle the competitive market as well as new and unique business strategies that would lead to more substantial quality recruitment engineering. At this time in her life, Zuckerberg also gained wide notoriety for her impressive abilities in talent sourcing as well as the negotiation and development leadership that she has since honed to perfection through her current job at the Deutsch Bank. Working with the diversity team at Citi very closely, in order to further attend to the MD slate process where she actively assisted on the promotion of internal mobility while also managing that sect of the firm. As a graduate of the New York Law School as well as the City University of New York Brooklyn College where she put time into studying Philosophy as her major, it’s no wonder hos she quickly took to the hustle and bustle of the business world when she first stepped on to a position in her prospective field as the Director of Candidate Placement at Hudson where she stayed for five years.
